
Serves 4
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
Slice the oranges in half, horizontally. Slice off the tops so both ends are flat. Simmer 2 cups of water in a small saucepan with the cinnamon sticks, honey and sugar. Add the oranges and gently simmer for 10 minutes.
Nut mix
- a handful each of almonds, pecans and macadamia nuts, chopped
- 2 tsp of mixed spices (cinnamon, ginger, and cloves)
- 2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp of butter
Fry the nuts in a pan with butter until golden.
Decoration
- 1 tsp of blueberries for each serving
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt for each serving
Place a slice of orange on each plate, then spoon 1 tsp of fresh blueberries on top of each slice. Put the Greek yoghurt on the side and scatter with the nut mixture.
