Shoes on a wire! Why? No one seems to really know, but the most common explanation is that there is a drug dealer around. Other suggestions are someone has lost their virginity, and are marking it with throwing their shoes on a wire. Or a local gang are marking their boundaries of their territory. I think they are street art! And that works for me.
