Yummy and healthy breakfast !
- 1 cup frozen, or 1.5 cup fresh blueberries
- 2.5 cups of water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 cup dark rye
- 3/4 cup oats
Boil blueberries with the water for five min. Add remaining ingredients, and boil for another 10 min while gently stirring.
