BLUEBERRY PORRIDGE

Yummy and healthy breakfast !

  • 1 cup frozen, or 1.5 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2.5 cups of water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 cup dark rye
  • 3/4 cup oats

Boil blueberries with the water for five min. Add remaining ingredients, and boil for another 10 min while gently stirring.
