My little Golden Half camera is always close by at the moment. It is so handy to have in the bag. It takes different photos from my digital one – which tend to take crystal clear, perfect pictures every time – it’s great to have a camera that has a mind of it’s own. You are never quite sure how the photos will come out. Since it is a half size format camera you get twice as many photos on one film.

WALDORF SALAD

• Grapes, halved
• a few sticks celery, chopped in cubes
• juice of one lemon
• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp sour cream
• handful of chopped walnuts
• one apple chopped in cubes
• Green beans( optional)
• salt and pepper to taste

Nicole is on lunch

Nicole’s pasta salad, which she seems to never get enough of. Fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumber, extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper.

We are doing lunches! 45min break from a busy schedule. For most of you this is probably not anything new, but when you work as a hairdresser as we do, you normally eat in between clients, standing up, trying to bite over as much as you can when you got time.

Last week all my collegues took my camera out for lunch. First out is Yasmin. A chicken burger is her classic choice. And she loves her coke!
